Our Story

EPIC operates with a simple goal: to offer dependable, affordable, and customer-friendly waste disposal solutions. While working over a decade in the landscaping and property clean up industry, we saw firsthand the need for reliable dumpster rentals. In early 2022, we expanded our services to include EPIC Dumpster Rental. Today, we are proud to be a growing part of the Macomb community and a member of the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce.

Meet the Owner

Our founder and owner of EPIC Property Services, Jody Davis, has deep roots in West Central Illinois. Jody’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through early. In his hometown of Rushville, IL (population 3,000), he launched his first lawn care business at the age of seven. He has worked all of his life founding multiple ventures to include waste disposal, landscaping, vending services, and self-storage. Jody also has an extensive background in the heating and cooling industry. His commitment to serving our local communities is at the heart of everything we do.
